Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms cover your use of SlabQuote, provided by Monolit Group Ltd(“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
The account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. The same login works across SlabQuote, Slabkast and SlabCAD; each is a separate subscription.
The plans
Free holds 30 quotes in the account at a time for one user, at no cost. Delete a quote and the slot comes back. Quotes produced on the free plan carry a small Slab-Quote.com line.
Pro is $49 USD per month for the first user and $10 USD per month for each additional user, with no cap on users. It adds PDF tracing, unlimited quotes, removal of the Slab-Quote.com line, and a materials library shared across your team.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. We may change prices, and will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects them.
Billing and cancellation
Pro is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part months. There is no minimum term and no contract to exit. Cancelling moves the account to the free plan — your quotes stay in the account, subject to the free plan’s limit.
Your work is yours
You own the drawings, quotes and business information you put into SlabQuote. You give us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you and produce your quote documents. We do not use it for any other purpose. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Our software is ours
SlabQuote, its interface and its underlying software remain ours. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the product.
Acceptable use
Do not use SlabQuote to break the law, to store anyone else’s data without the right to, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep SlabQuote available and we take backups, but we do not promise it will never be down. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.
Estimates are estimates
SlabQuote calculates areas, edge lengths, slab layouts and prices from what you draw and the rates you enter. The figures are only as good as those inputs, and the quote you send your customer is yours. Check your numbers before you commit to a price — we are not liable for a quote that turns out to be wrong.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Where you use SlabQuote as a business in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right where it is reasonable to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
