SlabQuote — drawing and estimation software for stonemasons

Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

SlabQuote is operated by Monolit Group Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. This policy covers slab-quote.com and the SlabQuote application. It is written plainly on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email support@slab-quote.com and we will explain it.

What we collect

What you give us at sign-up: your name, email address, password, business name, country, and optionally a phone number and tax identifier. The business details are used to fill in the header of the quotes you produce and to set sensible regional defaults — currency, what the tax is called, and whether you work in millimetres or inches.

What you create in the product: your drawings, quotes, customers, suppliers, materials and rates. This is your commercial information. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

What the service records automatically: standard server logs, and the dates your account signs in and is last active, so we can keep the service running and support you when something goes wrong.

What we do not collect

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts and no cookies on this website beyond the one that keeps you signed in. We do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Where it is stored

Accounts and application data are held in Supabase (PostgreSQL), and the site and application run on Vercel. Each account’s data is isolated at the database level by row-level security, so one account cannot read another’s. Support email is handled by Microsoft 365.

One login, three products

SlabQuote, Slabkast and SlabCAD share a single login. Creating an account on any one of them creates the account you use for all three. Your drawings and quotes stay within the product they were made in.

Who else sees it

The people who run Monolit Group Ltd, and only where support or maintenance requires it. We use the service providers named above to operate the product. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it and the data in it. Ask us for a copy of your data and we will provide it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@slab-quote.com. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply, and we act as the data controller for the information described above.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
