Upload the PDF the architect or kitchen designer sent through, set the scale off one known dimension, and trace the benchtop straight over the top of it. From there you get the slab layout and the price.

WHAT YOU WON’T FIND ELSEWHERE
Here’s what’s different.

01 · PDF TRACINGPro
Trace the architect's plan
Upload the PDF the architect or kitchen designer sent through, set the scale off one known dimension, and draw straight over the top of it.
No transcribing forty numbers off a plan and hoping you read them all right. The drawing takes minutes instead of half an hour, and it matches the plan because it was drawn on the plan.

02 · AUTOMATIC SLAB LAYOUT
Automatic slab layout
The slab count is the number the whole quote rests on. Be one out and the margin on the job goes with it — and you don't find out until the pieces are being laid up.
SlabQuote works it out for you. Choose the stone and the slab size you buy it in, and every piece is placed: turned where turning it earns space, flagged in red where it overruns. You get the count and the layout behind it without arranging a thing by hand.
It's the slowest part of quoting a kitchen, and it's the part you stop doing. Price the same job in three materials and it runs three times — you still only draw once.
30mm Natura at 3380×2010. Four pieces placed, one flagged as over the edge.

03 · A STONE PER AREA
A stone per area, priced per area
Most kitchens aren't one material. Group the pieces into areas — island, perimeter, splashback, vanity — assign each area its own stone, and everything drawn in that area lays out on that material automatically.
The pricing follows. Every area carries its own figure, and you can set one directly: type a price against the island and the other areas rebalance so the total holds. Designers ask for this constantly — they want to know what the island costs on its own, not what the kitchen costs altogether.

04 · EVERY OPTION, ONE EMAIL
Every option, one email
Customers ask what it comes to in porcelain, in laminate, in Dekton. Duplicate the quote, swap the stone, keep the drawing — each version lays out on that material’s slab size and prices itself.
Every quote sits under the one project, and they go out together in a single email so the customer can compare them side by side instead of hunting through a thread.

06Quote. The PDF, laid out your way, ready to email.
An example of the finished quote: your logo and details, the drawing with every dimension, the edge finishes legend, the materials and the price. The slab layout can go on there too.

FAQ
There's nothing to trial. SlabQuote is free — sign up and draw a kitchen tonight without speaking to anybody. If you'd like a walkthrough we'll give you one, but it isn't a condition of seeing the product.
No. That's the part SlabQuote does. You can move anything you disagree with, but you're adjusting a layout rather than building one.
Yes, with Pro. Upload the PDF, set the scale from one known dimension, and trace the benchtop over the top of it.
Yes, on Pro. Everyone shares one materials library, so the second estimator doesn't rebuild the price list and the two of you can't quote the same stone at different rates. $49 a month, plus $10 for each extra person.
Yes. Group the pieces into areas and give each area its own stone. Each area lays out on its own material, prices at that material’s rate, and shows as its own figure on the quote.
Every quote for a project sits together, and they email out in one message so the customer can compare them side by side.
Every quote has a status and an expiry date, and Pro shows you what's expiring this week and what's been sitting unanswered. At month end you can pull how much you quoted between two dates, how much was approved, and your win rate.
You load your suppliers, materials, slab sizes, edge profiles, cutout rates and default pricing, and the quote prices itself as you draw. Any figure can be typed over on the price step, with a reset if you change your mind.
Yes. Call it GST, VAT or sales tax, set the rate your region uses, or leave it off the quote entirely if you price tax-exclusive.
Yes. Set the shop to millimetres or inches and everything follows — the drawing, your rates, and the quote the customer reads.
